Data Administrator - Property Management

We are seeking a Data Administrator for a 4-month contract to support our client's property services team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with property management data, including working knowledge of Horizon, or Yardi, strong skills in Power BI and the ability to automate processes using VBA.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, cleanse, and maintain property-related data across internal systems, including Horizon.
• Produce accurate reports and dashboards using Power BI to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and improve automated tools, spreadsheets, and workflows using VBA.
• Assist with data migration, audits, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Work closely with property teams to understand data requirements and provide timely support.
• Proven experience in a data administration or data management role, ideally within the property sector

This is an Inside IR35 role and requires 3 days per week on client site in London.
