This Complex Injury Solicitor role sits within a Tier 2 Legal 500 claimant personal injury practice in London, known for handling serious, life-changing injury work. You will take ownership of meaningful litigation, advising clients through complex claims that directly impact their lives. There is clear scope to develop supervisory experience and play a part in shaping the future of the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex, high-value claimant personal injury (multi-track) matters from instruction through to resolution

• Work closely with senior lawyers and colleagues within a specialist personal injury team

• Deliver clear, practical advice to clients on liability, quantum, and settlement strategy

• Draft key litigation documents and carry out detailed legal research in line with Civil Procedure Rules and protocols

• Contribute to business development activity, client relationship management, and team growth initiatives

• Support and mentor junior lawyers where appropriate, with scope to develop into a supervisory role

Requirements

• 3-6 years' PQE solicitor with claimant personal injury experience

• Strong background in high-value, complex multi-track litigation

• Confident managing your own caseload with a high level of autonomy

• Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules, litigation strategy, and case management

• Excellent drafting, research, and client-facing skills, with a proactive and commercially aware approach
