We are seeking an Associate to join their Corporate Tax team in London, focusing on transactional matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, complex deals within a market-leading practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on tax aspects of corporate transactions, including cross-border structuring and implementation.
• Provide strategic tax planning and risk management advice to clients.
• Draft and review transaction documents and client communications with precision and clarity.
• Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Take ownership of matters and demonstrate initiative in handling complex issues.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 2-5 years' post-qualification experience in a top-tier practice in the London market or a similar common law jurisdiction. Candidates with less or more experience will be considered on merit.
