A highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing team based in Surrey.

About the Role:

You will handle a broad and varied caseload of contentious matters, providing strategic and pragmatic advice to a diverse client base. The role will involve managing disputes from initial instruction through to resolution.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE.
• Strong experience managing cases independently.
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
