- Manage private children law litigation, including drafting statements, instructing experts, and preparing for contested hearings.
- Handle cross-border children matters, liaising with international authorities and legal professionals.
- Conduct financial remedy litigation, including the preparation of Forms E, questionnaires, and court documents for FDRs and final hearings.
- Collaborate with Partners and Senior Associates on complex and high-profile cases.
- Maintain accurate and compliant case files, time records, and billing.
- Contribute to business development through writing articles, attending events, and supporting marketing initiatives.

- Strong experience in private children law and financial remedy work.
- Confident in managing contested proceedings and working with high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
