  • Supporting trustees in exercising discretion and documenting robust decision-making processes.

About You
Applications are welcomed from:

  • Individuals confident advising on discretionary decision-making where competing beneficiary interests are involved.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent judgement and attention to detail.
  • A commercial and pragmatic approach to client advice.
  • Experience working with institutional or corporate clients.

What's on Offer?

  • Leeds or Sheffield location with flexible hybrid working.
  • 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional leave.
  • Competitive and flexible pension scheme.
  • Two fully paid volunteering days per year.
  • Healthcare and wellbeing benefits, including digital GP access.
  • Comprehensive wellbeing and mental health support.
  • Genuine career progression within a nationally recognised team.
  • An inclusive and supportive culture where individuals are encouraged to thrive.

Why Apply?
This is an excellent opportunity for a trusts, private client or contentious probate lawyer seeking to develop a specialist practice in a growing and highly respected team.
