We're looking for an experienced Professional Negligence Construction Solicitor to join a respected team handling high-value, complex claims. The Role

• Lead and manage your own caseload of construction and professional indemnity claims, including architects, engineers, and broader professional liability matters.
• Advise clients directly on liability, coverage, and reinsurance issues, providing strategic input on complex, high-value disputes.
• Work alongside partners, principal associates, insurers, experts, and counsel, shaping case strategy and project outcomes.
• Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and court documents while ensuring your team meets deadlines and internal quality standards.
• Mentor junior solicitors and trainees, supporting their development while contributing to the wider growth and strategy of the team.

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE and a proven track record in Professional Indemnity (Construction) claims.
• Strong experience in insurance litigation, policy coverage analysis, or professional risk matters, with the confidence to lead cases from start to finish.
• Commercial, solutions-oriented mindset, with excellent drafting, analytical, and strategic skills.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative setting but can take ownership of complex work and provide direction to colleagues.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, insurers, and internal teams.
