A highly regarded London law firm with a strong reputation in both residential and commercial property is seeking an experienced Senior Property Solicitor to join its growing Real Estate department.

The Role:
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of property transactions, including:

• High-value residential sales and purchases, including leasehold and freehold matters
• Complex refinancing, secured lending, and title review work
• Commercial acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations for landlords and tenants
• Advising on mixed-use developments and portfolio management
• Supervising and mentoring junior fee-earners and contributing to business development initiatives

About You:

• You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 7 years' PQE in property law (both residential and commercial experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value transactions independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with HNW and commercial clients
• Commercially minded, proactive, and able to contribute to the firm's continued growth
• Experience supervising junior team members is advantageous
