The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trust creation and administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning
• Wealth preservation and asset protection planning

You will work closely with individuals, families, business owners, and high-net-worth clients, delivering practical, tailored advice while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
