The Role
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Court of Protection matters
- Lifetime planning and wealth preservation
You will work closely with a loyal client base, developing lasting relationships and providing tailored advice on often complex and sensitive matters.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE and strong experience across a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and trusts.
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently whilst delivering outstanding client service and building long-term client relationships.
- Commercially minded, proactive and keen to contribute to the continued success and development of a well-established Private Client team.
STEP qualification or progress towards STEP would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
