Location: Salisbury (with additional client hub in Central London)
PQE Level: 5+ PQE

A highly regarded regional firm with a strong national presence is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its well-established and expanding team. While primarily based in the firm's Salisbury office, you'll also have access to a Central London client hub, offering the perfect blend of high-quality regional work and exposure to a sophisticated London client base.

The Role

You will manage a high-quality caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, tax planning, probate, estate administration, and HNW advisory work. The team works closely with families, business owners, entrepreneurs, and landed estate clients, often with multi-jurisdictional elements.
You will be encouraged to play a key part in developing client relationships, contributing to team strategy, and mentoring junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a broad caseload of private client work, including HNW and complex matters
• Drafting wills, trusts, LPAs, and advising on succession planning
• Managing estate administrations and tax issues
• Nurturing and expanding existing client relationships
• Supervising junior lawyers and supporting team development
• Attending the London hub as needed for client meetings and business development

About You

• 5+ years' PQE in private client work
• Experience supporting HNW individuals and families
• Strong technical knowledge and a commercial, client-focused mindset
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Enjoys team collaboration and supporting junior lawyers
• Flexible and proactive, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
