Senior Private Client Solicitor - Leading London Firm

PQE Level: 6+ PQE
Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

A highly respected London practice is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its well-established and consistently growing Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer looking to take on a senior, client-facing position within a supportive, collaborative, and modern firm environment.

The Role
You will handle a high-quality caseload covering the full spectrum of private client matters, including wills, probate, tax planning, LPAs, estate administration, succession planning, and complex HNW matters. The team has a strong reputation for delivering tailored, personable advice to a loyal client base, ranging from families and entrepreneurs to international clients with multi-jurisdictional estates.
You will work closely with Partners, take responsibility for mentoring junior lawyers, and play an active role in developing longstanding client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to both departmental strategy and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of high-quality private client matters
• Advising HNW and UHNW clients on complex estate and tax planning
• Supervising juniors and supporting team development
• Contributing to business development and strengthening client relationships
• Ensuring exceptional client care and maintaining the firm's strong reputation

About You

• 6+ years' PQE within private client
• Strong experience in HNW estate planning and complex matters
• A confident communicator who builds rapport with ease
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and support junior lawyers
• Desire to be part of a friendly, collegiate, and growing team
