Senior Pre-Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand customer challenges, goals, and business context.
- Present the company's product and its value through tailored demonstrations.
- Own the technical aspects of the sales process, including discovery, qualification, scoping, and evaluation management.
- Build strong technical relationships with customers and address their concerns.
- Coach customers on best practices and diagnose deployment issues to deliver maximum value.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or sales engineering roles with enterprise customers.
- Deep understanding of modern SDLC, DevOps, and DORA delivery metrics.
- Software development experience (language and technologies to be specified).
- Familiarity with software development toolchain (specific tools to be specified).
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools, especially [specific CI/CD tool].
- Ability to create and optimize high-impact product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Strong business and technical acumen to effectively communicate with both executives and developers.
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
