Position Overview:
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will be a key driver of our client's growth strategy within the enterprise market, focusing on large organizations and strategic accounts. This role is designed for a results-oriented professional with a strong track record in selling complex technology solutions-ideally in AI, SaaS, or a similar field. You will leverage your relationship-building skills to engage with executive stakeholders, championing the adoption of AI solutions to address pressing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales plan, expanding our client's footprint within enterprise accounts and aligning with key industry trends.
    • Identify, prioritize, and close high-value opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and account growth targets.
  • Account Management & Relationship Development:

    • Cultivate and maintain robust, strategic relationships with key stakeholders within each enterprise account, including C-suite executives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding clients' business objectives, and mapping our client's AI solutions to address their goals and challenges.
    • Proactively drive account growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, ensuring long-term client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Product & Market Insight:

    • Build an in-depth knowledge of the client's LLM and AI product suite, as well as the competitive landscape.
    • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and emerging AI applications to effectively communicate the unique benefits of our client's technology.
    • Partner with internal teams to bring market insights back to product development, enhancing the client offering to align with evolving customer needs.
  • Sales Reporting & Collaboration:

    • Use CRM and other tools to manage and report on the sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue forecasts and identifying risks to achieving targets.
    • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, support, and satisfaction.
    • Document and share best practices, contributing to continuous improvement of the sales process.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or similar qualifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise sales with a successful track record in AI, SaaS, or other technology-focused environments.
  • Solid understanding of AI, LLM, or SaaS technologies and their applications within enterprise business environments.
  • Proven experience engaging with and influencing senior executives, managing complex sales cycles, and leading contract negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated resilience, integrity, and a drive for excellence, with a proactive approach to learning and self-improvement.
