An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Senior Lawyer to build and lead a new Conveyancing Team in Swindon, complementing the firm's established and successful teams across Newbury, Thatcham, and Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and ambitious solicitor with a strong track record in business development to play a key role in the firm's growth plans.

The Role
The successful candidate will:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Drive business development, expanding the firm's presence in the local market through networking and strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored legal services and clear communication throughout the process
• Supervise and mentor junior members of the team, fostering their professional growth
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience

The Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing, handling complex transactions
• Proven business development skills, with the ability to generate new clients and expand market reach
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent client-facing skills, with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities
• A proactive leader, capable of building and developing a successful team
