Senior Associate - Private Client

Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + excellent bonus structure

We are supporting a long-established and highly respected firm in Sevenoaks with the appointment of a Senior Associate Private Client Lawyer to join its substantial and growing Private Client department.

With almost 300 years of heritage, the firm offers an outstanding platform for senior lawyers looking to handle high-quality work while playing a key role in the development and direction of the wider team.

The Role

You will manage a varied and high-quality Private Client caseload, including:

• Wills and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Court of Protection / OPG-related matters

In addition to fee earning, you will support the Head of Department with mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to business development, and helping to drive continued growth across the department.

About You

• Strong experience across the full range of Private Client work

• Operating at Senior Associate level (or equivalent)

• Confident managing complex matters with minimal supervision

• A collaborative, team-focused approach with an interest in mentoring
