The team is known for handling complex, high-profile cases for clients including high-net-worth individuals, with an emphasis on collaborative and client-focused service.


The Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the Family team. The successful candidate will have significant experience managing complex family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children disputes, and high-value or cross-border cases. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of cases, contribute to the strategic development of the practice, and work alongside an experienced, high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad caseload of family law matters, including high-value divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, and children proceedings.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring clear, practical, and commercially aware guidance.
  • Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the Family team.
  • Support business development initiatives and build strong client relationships.


The Candidate

  • 5+ PQE in Family Law, ideally with experience in complex divorce and children matters.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value or high-profile cases.
  • Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, commercially minded, and able to work independently while contributing to the team.
  • Collaborative approach, with a commitment to mentoring and developing colleagues.
