Job Title: Scrum Master / Agile PM - JIRA, Confluence

Location: Glasgow (100% On-Site, 5 days/week)

Day Rate: £600 - £650/day

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Duration: Initial 6 Months

The Role

Seeking a hands-on Scrum Master / Agile PM to drive JIRA and Confluence quality, adoption, and governance across a large-scale programme in Glasgow.

This is an operational, on-the-ground role requiring deep Atlassian technical skills. You will actively guide users, troubleshoot issues, standardise workflows, and set up robust reporting.

We are specifically looking for candidates leveraging modern AI tools (Atlassian Rovo and Anthropic Claude) to automate delivery metrics, track progress, and streamline reporting.

Key Requirements

• JIRA & Confluence Expertise: Power-user/admin-level capability; deep understanding of custom workflows, schemes, and advanced roadmaps.

• Hands-on Agile Delivery: Proven track record in a practical Scrum Master role within complex, multi-stream programmes.

• Pragmatic AI Usage: Demonstrable experience using Rovo and Claude to enhance reporting structures and workspace efficiency (beyond basic Co-pilot usage).

• User Enablement: Strong stakeholder skills to upskill teams, enforce data hygiene, and drive tool adoption.

• On-Site Availability: 100% on-site presence in Glasgow, 5 days per week.
