Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfers, and related legal documents
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth processes
• Maintaining accurate case records and meeting compliance requirements

We're looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5PQE+ in residential conveyancing
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Detail-focused and committed to delivering excellent client service
