• Handling residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Advising clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and related documentation
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth progress

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property law
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with case management systems and MS Office
• A client-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service
