Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2-3 PQE)

Location: Chandler's Ford
Remuneration package: £50,000 - £60,000, dependent on experience
Working pattern: Full-time | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

Dutton Gregory Solicitors is seeking an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing Chandler's Ford team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or experienced Residential Property Executive looking to progress within a collaborative, forward-thinking firm that genuinely invests in its people.

The firm is ideally looking for someone with 2-3 years' PQE, though candidates with strong residential conveyancing experience outside this range will also be considered. Experience in new-build or shared ownership work is advantageous but not essential.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases

• New-build and shared ownership matters (where applicable)

• Remortgages

• Transfers of equity

• Associated residential property transactions

You'll be trusted to work autonomously while being fully supported by a friendly, experienced team.

About You

• 2-3 years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing (or equivalent experience)

• Confident managing a busy caseload independently

• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach

• Commercially aware, proactive and keen to develop

• Interest in business development and relationship-building (desirable, not essential)
