A well-established and highly regarded law firm in the Thames Valley is seeking a Residential Property Fee Earner (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx) to join its busy and growing Property team.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Leasehold matters
• Easements and related property work

There may also be occasional involvement in commercial property matters, offering broader exposure where needed.

There may also be opportunities to assist with supervision and mentoring of junior team members.

About You

To be considered, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with experience in residential property
• Be confident managing your own caseload
• Demonstrate strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Have an interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business growth
