A well established and highly regarded law firm in Kent is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and expanding property team.

This opportunity would suit an experienced conveyancer who enjoys handling high‑quality residential property work and is keen to be involved in business development, networking, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Residential re‑mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Advising clients at every stage of the conveyancing process
• Delivering exceptional client care with a commercial and proactive approach

There is also scope to contribute to the growth of the department through business development, referrals, and local market engagement.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE in residential property / conveyancing
• Strong technical experience across all aspects of residential property law
• Confident handling a varied and high volume caseload
• Interest in business development and profile building
• Excellent communication and client handling skills
• Proactive, personable, and commercially minded
