A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its busy team in Marlow.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Lease extensions and related matters

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders, delivering a smooth and efficient service from instruction through to completion.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE/experience
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
