The Role:
The successful candidates will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, lease extensions, and transfers of equity. There is strong administrative support and a tech-enabled infrastructure designed to ensure excellent service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties
• Supporting junior team members (Senior role)
• Working collaboratively within a high-performing property department
• Contributing to departmental business development and growth

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with relevant PQE
• Proven experience in managing a busy residential property caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
• A team player with a willingness to engage in continued development
