Residential Property Solicitor

You'll handle your own conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion, delivering a high standard of service to clients while working efficiently and independently. You'll be using case management systems (experience desirable) and expected to contribute to the firm's continued growth through business development and client engagement.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing residential property transactions
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
• Meeting deadlines while maintaining compliance with CPD and CQS standards
• Supporting junior team members through supervision and training

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 3PQE
• Strong IT and case management skills (experience with CMS desirable)
• Excellent drafting, communication, and technical ability
• Demonstrated ability to generate fees and meet targets
• Capable of managing and supervising others effectively
