The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, delivering a high standard of service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a full range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
• Managing files from instruction to completion with minimal supervision
• Communicating effectively with clients, agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
• Contributing to business development and client care initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing (more experienced applicants are encouraged to apply)
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
