About the Role:

We are seeking a confident and proactive Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established and reputable law firm based in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious legal professional with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience to further their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
• Ensure all files are managed in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the ongoing success and development of the residential property team

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with minimum 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, solution-focused approach
