My client is a highly reputable and well-established Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm based in Reading, they are looking for an individual with an engaging personality and the ability to work with initiative, be organised and remain calm under pressure.

They are seeking a skilled Residential property Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years or more PQE and be competent in transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years PQE
2. Experience of running your own case load.
3. Experience in residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
