Residential Property Solicitor

This client is looking for a qualified solicitor to join their dynamic residential property team. If you have 3+ years PQE and experience handling a wide range of property work, I'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload.
• Handle sales & purchases (leasehold & freehold).
• Work with registered & unregistered land, new builds, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and right to buy.
• Reporting directly to the head of the department.
