Exciting Opportunity: Experienced Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Nottingham

This dynamic firm growing and looking for a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to lead their new team in brand new office! If you're passionate about residential property law and have a proven track record of delivering results, we want to hear from you!

What you'll do:

• Manage residential sales and purchases from start to finish
• Handle new builds, property transfers, leaseholds, and more
• Conduct title searches, prep legal docs, and manage post-completion tasks (SDLT, HMLR, etc.)
• Build lasting relationships with clients and contacts

What the client is looking for:

• Experience: 4+ years fee earning in residential property
• Personable: Build strong client connections
• Proven track record of meeting billing targets
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage a fast-paced workload
