Are you a skilled Residential Property Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer ready to take the next step in your career? I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm in Winchester that's growing its Property team and looking for someone confident managing a varied residential caseload.

What you'll be working on:
🔹 Sales, purchases & refinances
🔹 Leaseholds, shared ownership, HTB & lifetime ISAs
🔹 Remortgages & transfers of equity
🔹 Investment & probate sales
🔹 Right to Buy transactions & unregistered land
🔹 Declarations of trust, restrictions & more

What we're looking for:
✔️ 2-3 years PQE
✔️ Knowledge of CQS requirements
✔️ SDLT & Building Safety Act understanding
✔️ Strong client care & file management skills
✔️ Team player with commercial awareness
✔️ Someone who can confidently run files independently and contribute to business development
