Residential Conveyancer (3+ PQE)

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a supportive and growing property team where you'll be trusted to manage your own caseload and continue developing your career?

Our client is seeking a motivated Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE to join their well-established Residential Property department. The Role

You'll manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions

Working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and brokers, you'll provide clear, practical advice while ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. You'll also prepare and review legal documentation, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and deliver an exceptional client experience throughout every transaction.

About You

The successful candidate will be:

• A qualified Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE.
• Experienced in managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• A confident communicator with excellent client care skills.
• Comfortable using case management systems and working to deadlines.
• Organised, proactive and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
