Residential Property Lawyer
Locations: Amersham, High Wycombe, Marlow
A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join its established and growing Residential Property team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, Transfers of Equity, shared ownership, and lease extensions
-
Draft agreements, deeds, leases, and contracts
- Deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced environment

Ensure compliance with CQS, AML, and firm-wide risk procedures
-
Support business development and build long-term client relationships
About You
-
Minimum 3 years PQE in residential property
-
Strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail

Confident running a varied caseload independently

Proactive, commercially aware, and client-focused

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
