Residential Property Lawyer

Locations: Amersham, High Wycombe, Marlow

A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join its established and growing Residential Property team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, Transfers of Equity, shared ownership, and lease extensions

• Draft agreements, deeds, leases, and contracts

• Deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced environment

• Ensure compliance with CQS, AML, and firm-wide risk procedures

• Support business development and build long-term client relationships

About You

• Minimum 3 years PQE in residential property

• Strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail

• Confident running a varied caseload independently

• Proactive, commercially aware, and client-focused

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
