Experienced Residential Property Solicitor - Surrey Law Firm

Are you an experienced Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge at a well-established firm? Our client, a long-standing law firm with a history dating back over 150 years, is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their team in Camberley. The Role:

• Managing a caseload of 40-50 property files, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchaes
• You will have two secretaries and a trainee supporting the team, with the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the rest of the department.
• No expectation for business development, as work comes from well-established referral networks, allowing you to focus on managing the caseload efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in residential property law, with a strong focus on leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
• Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to manage files from start to finish.
• A positive, cheerful attitude, and the ability to engage clients and deliver responsive service.

What's on Offer:

• Salary range: £50,000 - £60,000.
• 2 weeks off at Christmas, in addition to 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
