About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will manage a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Managing transfers of equity and remortgages
• Navigating stamp duty procedures, title checking, and search reports
• Overseeing landlord and tenant relationships, lease renewals, and deeds of surrender
• Assisting with acquisitions and sales of businesses and refinancing

You'll be involved in all stages of the process, from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
• A proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to their work
• Excellent client management skills and the ability to work well in a busy team
