My client is a highly reputable and well-established practice to join their dynamic and close-knit team, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients in Hertfordshire. With a supportive and collaborative work environment, they prioritise teamwork and professional growth.

They are seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, and re-mortgages.

You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Experience in running your caseload autonomously
2. The ability to offer some supervision to more junior solicitors
3. Experience in property transactions including sales and purchases in both freehold and leasehold capacity, re-mortgages, and newly built property.
