This team has a particularly strong reputation both regionally and nationally drawing work from individuals, investors, developers and national home builders. Conveyancers work in small teams with 2 fee earners and 2 support staff which means you're work will be covered on the days you are not available to work. Typically work includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity. If you have knowledge of new build and or shared ownership, that may also desirable for this role. The key thing is the ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
