The firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer with 3+ years of experience in residential conveyancing. This role is a growth position, ideal for a motivated, confident, and approachable lawyer ready to thrive in a high-demand, client-focused environment. Both remote and office-based options are available, with several office locations in Hampshire.
Team and Culture
Joining this firm means becoming part of a collaborative team of over 25 residential property lawyers who work closely to provide seamless support. You'll also be backed by a file-opening team and post-completion team, offering you the bandwidth to focus on high-quality client service. Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with around 25 new files per month.
- Oversee case progression with a dedicated paralegal and support from the file-opening and post-completion teams.
- Handle a mix of work from panels and referrer relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Build strong client relationships by providing proactive and transparent communication.
- Contribute to the growth of the property department, meeting and exceeding billing targets.
