Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner | Essex

A well-established firm is seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their successful Residential Conveyancing team. You will manage your own caseload of sales, purchases and remortgages, supported by our modern AI-assisted case management system. Training on unregistered titles is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload

• Preparing and issuing draft contract packs

• Raising enquiries and submitting searches

• Reporting to clients on purchase files

• Exchanging contracts and preparing completion packs

• Advising clients clearly and confidently throughout the process

• Conducting negotiations with other parties

• Submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications

What We're Looking For

• Experience in residential conveyancing (all levels considered)

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own caseload

• Clear, confident communication and excellent client-care abilities

• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn new systems and embrace modern, AI-enhanced workflows
