The Role

As part of a thriving Residential Property team, you will manage your own diverse caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You'll work alongside experienced legal professionals in a collaborative environment that encourages professional development and rewards success.
Matters will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Help to Buy transactions
• Registered and unregistered titles
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the transaction lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently from start to finish.
• Deliver exceptional client care and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure matters are progressed efficiently while maintaining technical accuracy.
• Build and maintain relationships with introducers, agents and professional contacts.
• Support the continued growth and success of the wider property team.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.
• Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware approach.
