The Role

You will join an established and successful Commercial Property team, advising a diverse client base on a broad range of real estate transactions and property-related matters.
Typical work will include:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
• Property development and site acquisitions
• Investment transactions
• Secured lending and refinancing
• Asset and portfolio management
• Property support for corporate transactions

Key Responsibilities
