The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ - 5 PQE) to join a highly regarded and growing Real Estate team in York. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of commercial property matters while gaining exposure to specialist agricultural and rural property work.
You will join an established team recognised for its expertise across commercial real estate, agricultural property, renewable energy, and development projects. The position provides excellent client exposure, high-quality work, and genuine long-term career development opportunities.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on larger and more complex transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial landlord and tenant matters
• Property finance and refinancing transactions
• Asset management work
• Easements, rights of way and telecommunications agreements
• Agricultural and rural property transactions, including farm and land acquisitions
• Commercial and agricultural tenancy matters
• Renewable energy, development and strategic land projects
• High-value and complex real estate transactions
• Business development and client relationship management activities

About You

Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified Solicitors through to 5 years' PQE with experience or a strong interest in commercial property.
You will have:
