The Role

You will be involved in a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Lease grants, assignments, renewals, and variations
• Commercial refinancing and secured lending
• Development and investment transactions
• Option agreements and conditional contracts
• Property aspects of corporate and business transactions

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues on more complex matters.

• Qualified Solicitor with experience handling a broad range of Commercial Property matters
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
• Commercially minded with excellent client care and relationship-building skills
