Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Woking
A highly regarded law firm based in the South East of England is seeking experienced Conveyancing Solicitors to join their growing team. The Role
The successful candidate will independently manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Transfers of equity.
  • Re-mortgages.
  • Shared ownership transactions.
  • New build purchases.


This position is ideal for an experienced property lawyer who is confident handling cases independently and is looking for flexibility in their work arrangements.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency with modern conveyancing software and technology.
  • A professional who is keen to develop their reputation as a trusted conveyancing expert in their community.
  • The ability to work remotely, or in a hybrid capacity, attending the office 2-3 days per week as required.
  • Based in the South East of England.
