An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Solicitor with 2-3 years' post-qualification experience to join a respected and growing legal firm in Central London. This hybrid role offers a varied and high-quality caseload, a strong pipeline of work, and genuine opportunities for progression.

The Role:
You will be handling a broad range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, licences, and general property documentation. Strong client communication and management skills are essential, as you will be the key point of contact throughout each transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold matters, including residential and light commercial property
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and licence agreements
• Advising clients and providing commercially sound legal guidance
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 PQE as a Conveyancing Solicitor in a reputable law firm
• Solid experience across freehold and leasehold transactions
• Proficiency in licences, lease drafting, and property documentation
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Able to manage files independently and work effectively within a team
• Detail-oriented with a commercial and proactive mindset
