As a Residential Associate, you'll manage a varied caseload and provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base. You'll work closely with colleagues to maintain excellent service standards and contribute to the team's success.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
• Managing files effectively, including time recording, WIP monitoring, and billing
• Advising clients directly, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting team KPIs

We're Looking For

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in residential property
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Commercial awareness and willingness to contribute to team goals
