As a Residential Associate, you'll manage a varied caseload and provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base. You'll work closely with colleagues to maintain excellent service standards and contribute to the team's success.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Handling transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
- Managing files effectively, including time recording, WIP monitoring, and billing
- Advising clients directly, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting team KPIs
We're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in residential property
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Commercial awareness and willingness to contribute to team goals
