We're working with a well-established, CQS-accredited law firm seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an autonomous conveyancer who's confident handling their own caseload and thrives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.

• Delivering an exceptional client experience with clear, proactive communication.

• Liaising effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors.

• Supporting the wider property team and contributing to continued growth.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years' solid experience in residential conveyancing (FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer preferred).

• Proven success working independently in a remote setting.

• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and billing targets.

• Positive team player with strong client care ethos.

• Experience training or mentoring paralegals is an advantage, not essential.
