We're working with a leading regional firm seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to handle a mix of commercial and residential property matters within their expanding, 35-strong property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an autonomous, detail-oriented lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment - with the flexibility to work fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.

• Handle residential conveyancing work where required.

• Act for property investors and developers across the UK.

• Deliver first-class service, maintaining excellent communication with clients and third parties.

• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm's property offering.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial property.

• Strong residential conveyancing experience desirable.

• Proven ability to manage caseloads independently.

• Experience of remote working within a law firm environment is essential for fully remote candidates.

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and client care.

• Confident communicator with a track record of strong billing performance.
