Programme Manager - Oracle Fusion Delivery - central government - SC Clearance - 12 months - London Hybrid (2 days onsite)

I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to lead an Oracle Fusion ERP transformation for a central government department.

The programme will redesign people, finance and commercial services to streamline processes, automate support functions and release capacity for frontline delivery. Your work will establish a common operating model and consistent processes so departments can share high-quality data and make better decisions. You'll blend programme leadership with deep technical credibility to deliver an integration-heavy change that underpins shared services for hundreds of thousands of users.

Due to the nature of the client and the role, candidates will ideally hold active SC clearance.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Proven background leading large-scale transformation programmes involving ERP, shared services or enterprise platforms.
• Direct experience delivering programmes involving Oracle Fusion ERP .
• Proven experience of complex integration landscapes with background in enterprise integration platforms or hubs and large-scale API ecosystems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Integration Cloud.
• Understanding of integration patterns including API gateway and lifecycle management, data transformation/orchestration and batch/file-based integration.
• Experience with SaaS data extraction and cloud-based data pipelines and analytics.
• Experience operating in federated environments with distributed accountability and governance at senior stakeholder level.
